Puff pastry rolled in sugar (and cinnamon if you would like!)
Simple and simply delicious. Very airy with layers of buttery goodness. The cookies are soft with a little bit of crisp from carmelized sugar and butter.
SOLD BY THE DOZEN. 12 cookies = $15 + tax
These french delights are often referred to as elephant ears or palm leafs. Whatever you prefer to call them, they're a hit by themselves or with coffee, tea, or perhaps champagne- cheers!

Orders placed for delivery or pickup locally, must adhere to agreed upon time. If not available at selected delivery time, a secure location needs to be easily available at the address entered.

Cookies are made within 3 business days of your order being placed and then shipped via UPS to arrive in 1-2 days if shipping is selected. I do not ship on the weekends in order to keep the cookies as fresh as possible. If you want to order ahead for a future date, please indicate in comments.
All efforts are made to ensure timely deliver as well as each madeleine delivered in tact. It is so important to me that you or your gift recipient are filled with joy upon receipt of your fancy cookies. However, due to the fragile nature of the cookies combined with potential tough delivery handling, breakage may occur. I promise they taste just as good :)
